In this episode we welcome Sam Marra to the podcast. Sam is an actor and model based in Los Angeles who is currently pursuing a Masters in Social Work with a focus on psychotherapy. He is also an online fitness coach training clients around the world with customized workout programs they can do anytime anywhere. Poor health led him to pursue a whole food, plant-based diet and later on he was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Now he has been vegan for over 6 years and can speak to the tremendous impact and benefits of a plant-based diet.
